Goal

Q1: Is it possible to use / configure IDCS as the Identity Management solution for OFSAA?

Q2: Any application on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure cannot directly connect to the Identity management tool on-premise.  The connection has to be through IDCS which can then connect to the Identity management tool on-premise (ex. OFSAA -> IDCS -> Identity Management Tool).  Can OFSAA on OCI work with IDCS in this type of configuration?
