RDC 5.2.1: Custom Review - 'Review Type=All' does not return the Timestamps for 'Reviewed' for CRF's with 'Review Completed' (Doc ID 2763680.1)

Symptoms

Site User(s) with 'CUSTOM REVIEW TYPES' are not able to see the 'timestamps' values in the 'Reviewed' column under the 'Review' tab in RDC .

Assuming user have the following privileges assigned at Study level: BROWSE_REVIEW, BROWSE_SDVPLAN, BRW_BATCH, REV_SM, UPD_DISCREP, VERIFY

Note:  REV_SM ( Study Mgnt Review) is a CUSTOM REVIEW TYPE

 

Steps:

1. User navigates to RDC > Review tab

2. In the search panel use just the patient range ( i.e just for 1 patient, Patient No.2) , Review Type=All and Review Status=All

3. Search => Reviewed column is empty

4. Doing another search by including also the Review Type=Study Mgnt Review and Review Status=Review Completed it will display the timestamp for 'Reviewed' column, see below example:
