Msprobe: No Notification When IMAP Times Out Entirely

Symptoms
Msprobe sends an email when it doesn’t like the IMAP response time, but does not do this when IMAP times out entirely.
An outage occurred and no notification was received from msprobe about the fact that IMAP was timing out entirely.
Two emails exist from when IMAP was responding, but the response time was outside of the threshold.
However, in the default log, 27 events were observed from 08:05 thru 15:45, such as:
It is expected that msprobe should send an alarm email when IMAP is not responding at all.
This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Kill IMAP using: pkill -STOP imapd
2. Run: /opt/sun/comms/messaging64/lib/msprobe -n -d
3. Check if an alarm email is sent.
