The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run PCM_OP_BULK_WRITE_FLDS from testnap after opening a rw transaction on root account.
2. Success scenario -> Valid records present in db (where clause mentioned in the template) to update through PCM_OP_BULK_WRITE_FLDS .
3. Failure scenario -> No records present in db (where clause mentioned in the template) to update through tPCM_OP_BULK_WRITE_FLDS.
