Symptoms

When selecting an existing form or creating new forms on a BP, the following error occurs.

An unexpected error occurred and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your System Administrator referencing this code - XXXXX

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to the Company Workspace.
  2. Attempt to open the form for a BP, or create a new form.
  3. Observe the reported error.
