Type Code Field On Client Screen Is Open To Editing On An Existing Client (Doc ID 2764165.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.31 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On the Client Screen, when there is an existing client, upon loading the screen,  the Type Code field is not disabled.
This allow the user to select the type again which clears all the fields.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The field should be disabled, like it is in v10.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1, Navigate to a Client by searching for an existing Client on the Client Search Screen.
2. When the client information is loaded, click on the Type drop down box. This will show individual,
3. Click on Individual, *** All fields will reset and becomes available with no data in them.
