The Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12 Patch Set (PS) 3 documentation contains gaps in chapters presented below:

1. Bussiness params
    BRM12 implements some new bus_params which are not documented or not documented enough, the link to docs:

    a. bill_dom_charges_on_current_bill (BillDomChargesOnCurrentBill)
    b. config_billing_cycle (ConfigBillingCycle)
    c. cycle_tax_interval (CycleTaxInterval)
    d. deferred_tax_journaling (DeferredTaxJournaling)
    e. wholesale_billing_system (WholesaleBillingSystem)

2. Pipeline parameters

    a. ProfilesNotLoadedIntoEdr - parameter is not describied in DAT_AccountBatch module
    b. DeferredTaxJournaling param should be independent of GeneralLedgerReporting
       In other words DeferredTaxJournaling works even if you have GeneralLedgerReporting disabled.
