Symptoms

Actual Behavior

AutoVue window is blank when attempting to view file when Web Client is accessed from Chrome 84 or higher
AutoVue window is blank when attempting to view file when Web Client is accessed from Microsoft Edge
Issue is not resolved after following Note:2071884.1

Expected Behavior

AutoVue window to display the file appropriately

What is Working

Issue does not happen with Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox

Fact

Using Chrome version is 84 or higher
Using Microsoft Edge
AutoVue for Agile PLM version is 21.0.1

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client with Chrome 84 or higher/Microsoft Edge
2. Open an item with attachment
3. Go to Attachment tab, select the file and View
4. AutoVue client window launches, but the window is blank
