AutoVue client fails to start with below error when accessed from Microsoft Edge


The AutoVue client did not start successfully. Please ensure that the server is running and the generated JNLP is launched. You can contact the system administrator for extending the delay required before assuming AutoVue startup failure.

What is Working

Issue does not happen with Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Microsoft Edge, and access to Web Client URL
2. Open an item with attachment
3. Go to Attachment tab, select the file and View
4. Gets error
