When running the cm_batch.ksh script, using Rule Group batch_cm_agg it results in the following error:

File: tryLock(write, 60) failed: '../../<catman_domain>/data/drdvelapsedb.db.lck' (Timeout waiting for file lock.)
Processes locking file '../../<catman_domain>/data/drdvelapsedb.db.lck':

WRITE mace -d /../../catman/domain/catman/ldom03 -run -group Batch_CM_Agg -loglevel WARNING.

Cannot obtain a write lock on database '/../../catman/domain/catman/data/drdvelapsedb.db.lck', 12.
Another process has the database locked.
