e6 Java Client Crash When Moving The Mouse On Any Button Icon, Microsoft Event Viewer Log Shows Error: Faulting application name: vm3dgl.dll (Doc ID 2764544.1)

Symptoms

Using Agile e6 Java Client on a VMware image. When we move the mouse on any button icon, the java client will crash

 

Microsoft Even Viewer log shows this error :

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Widows 10 machine with Graphic Card VMware SVGA 3D version. 8.17.1.1
2. Login to Java Client
3. move the mouse over any icon on the java client interface
3. Notice that java client will crash
4- If the previous version of the Graphic Card VMware SVGA 3D is used that is version 8.16.7.8. than this issue will not occur.
