Some Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway JMS Messages are Processed Twice after Managed Server Restart (Doc ID 2764649.1)

In this case you will see some Duplicates IMDs in D1_INIT_MSRMT_DATA and they will have the exact same filename in IMD_EXT_ID
e.g. the IMD was processed through the OSB side only once (where timestamp was added to the filename) and then placed on the JMS queue but then the JMS Message was processed twice.

You may see this error in the logs:



Cause: Issue is caused due to servers unable to communicate on t3 as non SSL ports are disabled in the cluster. Servers can not communicate on t3s as default protocol is configured as t3.
