When attempting to initiate a Studio Data session between Unifier and Bluebeam®, the following error occurs:
ERROR ON SCREEN
User authentication cannot be completed. There may be an error in the Bluebeam integration configuration. Contact your Company Administrator.
ERROR IN UNIFIER LOG
BEA-090504 Certificate chain received from authserver.bluebeam.com - <IP ADDRESS> failed hostname verification check. Certificate contained *.bluebeam.com but check expected authserver.bluebeam.com
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Customer Completes the "Steps to enable the Integration:" section in How to Enable Integration Support with Bluebeam in Primavera Unifier (Doc ID 2740340.1)
- Customer enters Service Request for Integration Configuration to be completed by Support, and is told configuration is complete.
- Customer attempts to create a Bluebeam® Session within Unifier as defined in section "Creating a Bluebeam Studio Session" in Document Unifier Bluebeam User Guide; available in the Unifier Documentation Library Version 20 and later.
Environment Must be at version 20.12.1 or 21.2 or higher to integrate with Bluebeam®
