Symptoms

When attempting to initiate a Studio Data session between Unifier and Bluebeam®, the following error occurs:

ERROR ON SCREEN

User authentication cannot be completed.  There may be an error in the Bluebeam integration configuration.  Contact your Company Administrator.

ERROR IN UNIFIER LOG

BEA-090504  Certificate chain received from authserver.bluebeam.com - <IP ADDRESS>  failed hostname verification check. Certificate contained *.bluebeam.com but check expected authserver.bluebeam.com

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Customer Completes the "Steps to enable the Integration:" section in How to Enable Integration Support with Bluebeam in Primavera Unifier (Doc ID 2740340.1)
  2. Customer enters Service Request for Integration Configuration to be completed by Support, and is told configuration is complete.
  3. Customer attempts to create a Bluebeam® Session within Unifier as defined in section "Creating a Bluebeam Studio Session" in Document

Changes

 Environment Must be at version 20.12.1 or 21.2 or higher to integrate with Bluebeam®
