HDR 7.0.2 ETS Converter Fails - Data Header Column (SPECIES) Is Missing In The Given LOINC Data File (Doc ID 2764730.1)

On Oracle Healthcare Data Repository 7.0.2 version,

When testing the LOINC pre-loader on the latest LOINC version (2.69) fails with the following error:

      $ python 2.69 <LOINC_HOME>
      Checked LOINC folder <LOINC_HOME>.
      Created output folder LOINC_2.69
      Processing LOINC data, v2.69..
      Reading main data CSV file: <LOINC_HOME>/Loinc.csv..
      Error: Data header column (SPECIES) is missing in the given LOINC data file (<LOINC_HOME>/Loinc.csv). Please use a valid LOINC data file and retry.

NOTE: This is happening for HDR 7.0.2 version
