Validity Dates Are Incorrect in Billing Care Although They Are Correct in Database (Doc ID 2765009.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce:

  1. A pricing configuration is done as follows to the non currency resource in the balance impact of a Charge Offer:
    VALID FROM:
    Relative to Event Occurrence
      In 1 Recurring Cycles
    VALID TO:
    Relative to validity start
      In 1 Recurring Cycles
  2. After doing the above change in pricing configuration of the Charge Offer from Pricing Design Center (PDC), launch Billing Care and purchase the Charge Offer on an account, current date is 28 Dec.
  3. Check the balance validity in Billing Care summary page, it shows 28 Dec to 28 Dec.
  4. Expected is that Billing Care should display the correct VALID_TO=28 Jan.
