RM 4.5 Entries in OFSA_PROCESS_ERRORS Have Tables Names and ID Numbers Mixed Up (Doc ID 276526.1)

Last updated on MARCH 27, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Risk Manager - Version 4.5 to 4.5.39 [Release 4.5]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Note: All OFSA 4.5 products have reached sustaining support.

When you run a Risk Manager (RM) Process ID against two tables, for example CONS_LOAN and COMM_LOAN, there are rows in the OFSA_PROCESS_ERRORS table with a TABLE_NAME of COMM_LOAN but an ID_NUMBER that only exists in the CONS_LOAN table.  RM seems to be mixing up the table names and ID Numbers between the tables in OFSA_PROCESS_ERRORS.

A record with an ID_NUMBER = 100000000250 is in the CONS_LOAN table only.

When you run a RM process against CONS_LOAN and COMM_LOAN, you get the following row in OFSA_PROCESS_ERRORS:

"123456","103","100000000250","","0","","0","0","09:00:33","COMM_LOAN","Last payment date is before origination date.","545","0","0","0","0","26-Feb-2004 12:00:00 AM"
