What is the limit on the maximum length of the jdbc connection string in OFSAA 8.1?

Currently planning disaster recovery server setup and need to have the database configured with a failover configuration in the TNS entry like the example below. What is the maximum limit on the jdbc connection string that OFSAA 8.1 can be safely configured with?

<service_name> =(DESCRIPTION=(CONNECT_TIMEOUT=10)(RETRY_COUNT=50)(RETRY_DELAY=2)(FAILOVER=on)(ADDRESS_LIST=(LOAD_BALANCE=on)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=)(PORT=1521)))(ADDRESS_LIST=(LOAD_BALANCE=on)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=)(PORT=1521)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME = <service_name>)))
