Unable To Login To Argus With Admin User Account

The following error appears when log into Argus with admin user account
Named user login to ORACLE failed(301000105)
- The error appears even though enter the correct password for admin user account
- The user is able to login to the database using following common database user account via back-end/SQLPLUS and the password for these common user accounts have not changed recently.
- ARGUS_LOGIN_IPS user account
- ARGUS_LOGIN user account
- ARGUS_LOGIN_I user account
- ARGUSUSER user account
