Unable to Map Date Originated Field of PSR/QCR When Running Import (Doc ID 2765603.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Unable to map the "Date Originated" field of PSR/QCR through Import

Expected Behavior

Able to map the "Date Originated" field of PSR/QCR through Import

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the fix script to make Cover Page.Date Originated attribute as an editable field by following Note:2143499.1
  2. Restart Agile Application Server
  3. Log into Java Client as admin user, and go to Settings > User Settings > Privilege
  4. Update modify privilege for Quality Change Requests (QCR). Confirm you can select Cover Page.Date Originated attribute in the Applied to field. Include this field to Applied To, and Save
  5. Update modify privilege for Problem Service Request (PSR). Confirm you can select Cover Page.Date Originated attribute in the Applied to field. Include this field to Applied To, and Save
  6. Log into Web Client who has the modify privilege for QCR. Confirm that user can edit Cover Page.Date Originated attribute of QCR
  7. Go to Tools > Import
  8. Select the Import File which has information of an object number and Date, and Next
  9. For Specify File Content, select Quality Change Request > Quality Change Request only, and Next
  10. Select Define attribute mapping in next step, and Next
  11. Expand Agile fields. Do not see "Date Originated" under Cover Page
  12. Go Back for two pages
  13. For Specify File Content, select PSR > PSR only, and Next
  14. Expand Agile fields. Do not see "Date Originated" under Cover Page
