Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.0.0 version,
After upgrading from LSH 2.5.3 to 3.0, when attempting to execute the LSH Post Installation Program,
the following error occurs:

1. Perform the upgrade steps from LSH 2.5.3 to 3.0
2. Execute the LSH Post Installation Program.
