CcsCDRLoader Errors For PI Voucher Recharges (Doc ID 2765775.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) 12.0.2.0.0 version, when a voucher topup is done from the Provisioning Interface (PI), two events are coming in beVWARS for the same voucher number and cdr_type=4, so two CDRs are created for those.
When the second CDR is processed by ccsCDRLoader process on Service Management Server (SMS) node, the following error occurs.
