Symptoms

When you run an FTP Process against a Management Ledger table, the process fails with the following ORA-00001 error:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function: [4] -oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function: [3] -
INSERT Oracle Error: ORA- 00001: unique constraint
(<ATOMIC>.UI_FSI_M_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER) violated Driver Function:
drv_oci::Execute() SQL Statement:
insert into FSI_M_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER
etc.

All rows are inserted for both the Transfer Pricing record and the Offset when the error occurs.

You confirmed you cleared any existing rows from the Management Ledger table prior to running the FTP Process.
