The "Link to BP record" Field in Analytics Opens the BP Log Window for Certain Records, Instead of Opening the Specific Record (Doc ID 2766327.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Analytics, Link to BP record is a hyperlink which links to the BP record from Analytics.  For certain records, the link opens the BP Log window in Prod, and the user is unable to open the specific record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Link to BP record link should open the specific Unifier record.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Business Analytics, navigate to the Subject area > Unifier Links and click Link to BP record.
  2. Attempt to browse any of the links.
  3. Observe the reported behavior.
