User not getting error response to adaptor

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post the swift message in invalid format

Step 2 : Open weblogic console 

Step 3 : Check for invalid message as response in jms queue

Expected result :

Response must be received in JMS queue with invalid message format

Actual result :

User did not get the error message in JMS Queue

Expected JMS Response :
