360 degree graph display issue

360 degree graph divide and shows data based on Display parcel size defined on MC Type. Can we see it in same way as it is stored in system.

In current integration with head end system, receive reads every four hours. These are scalar readings. These four hour reads are NOT coming on fixed time like 00, 04, 08, 12, …etc. They are coming like 03:22, 08:12, 10:20 etc.
To view this on 360degree view graph, it use “Display parcel size” defined on MC Type. Configured that as 4 hours. So this irregular data is getting converted into 4hours block and adjust consumption accordingly and shown on graph. Min and Max value also on 360 degree shown based on converted 4 hour blocks and they are not matching with the actual read/consumption came from head end system.

Is there are any configuration user can do to show this data in same way it is coming from head end and stored in system, without converting them to 4 hours block.
Like if data coming from head end system like 03:22, 08:12, 10:20 etc and show same thing on the graph. Min and Max value also show based on these actual values only between period.
