CAD for Cloud (C4C) Web Service Is Not Available after RUP 15 Install; Error: 'Failed Hostname Verification Check' (Doc ID 2766672.1)

After installing Agile as a new installation in the DEV environment,

users cannot get C4C to connect to Oracle Cloud via the web services.

Clicking Test Web Service for the Reference Object sub classes in the Java Client produces error.

Following steps reproduces the issue at will
1.Upgrade FWM and Install RUP15
2.connect to C4C web services
3.Fails with error: "Failed Hostname Verification Check'"
