On 8.0.7.4 version, when Forecast Rate Scenarios definition was included in the ALM Static Deterministic process with Rate Audit enabled, the process failed due to "ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column" error.

Failing SQL from process log:

insert into FSI_INTEREST_RATES_AUDIT(PROCESS_SYS_ID,
CALC_SOURCE_CD, START_DATE, SCENARIO_NUM, INTEREST_RATE_CD,
INTEREST_RATE_TERM, INTEREST_RATE_TERM_MULT, BUCKET_NUM,
BUCKET_START_DATE, BUCKET_END_DATE, RATE)
values (:PROCESS_SYS_ID, :CALC_SOURCE_CD, :START_DATE,
:SCENARIO_NUM, :INTEREST_RATE_CD, :INTEREST_RATE_TERM,
:INTEREST_RATE_TERM_MULT, :BUCKET_NUM, :BUCKET_START_DATE,
:BUCKET_END_DATE, :RATE )

After creating a copy of the original Forecast Rate Scenarios definition and removing one of the scenarios, the process finished successfully.
