In the case of a screen display from an XML schema, the character code changes
Why does the character code change when displaying on the screen from XML Schema?

For example
The character code (Unicode) of the minus "-" of the character is 002D,
When displaying from XML, the character code (Unicode) will be 2011.

Steps to replicate:
Create a test UI MAP
1. The negative character "-" (Unicode: 2D) is set to the hard coding and the XML Schema in two ways as follows.
2. Pressing Test UI Map
3. Pressing the keyboard F12 key and selecting an item in the mouse
4. copy selected value.
3. Unicode of character "-" is 002d
4. copy selected value.
5. Unicode of character "-" is 2011

What about this non-break hyphen, what is the character code (Unicode)?
Is there only one non-break hyphen character code (Unicode)?
