Unable to Remove Locale from items in Central Designer (Doc ID 2767215.1)

Symptoms

The study is using the forms from the library where it had two locales (en-US and en-GB) but, the user has only en-US at the study level and the en-GB is visible for items but, it is disabled. How can we remove the en-GB from those items in Central Designer?
