After VPN Disconnection then Reconnection, NMS Shows 'online' But it is Not Updating

NMS Web Workspace shows 'online' but is disconnected in the back-end.
The user was working in NMS and lost VPN/internet connectivity. NMS went 'offline'. Internet/VPN was restored. NMS then went back 'online' in UI. However, nothing in the UI was updating after that. The fix was to log off and back onto NMS.
Expect that once the vpn or other next work connection is reestablished, and the system shows online, that all functionality should be working.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Log in to NMS 2. Disconnect your vpn connection 3. Wait for the System Offline indicator 4. Reconnect the vpn 5. Once back online, log a call into the system Should see the Workagenda show the new call, but this does not occur. Viewer does not show the outage either
