While using Oracle Policy Modeling (OPM) 12.2.x versions, users are unable to debug since JDK version upgraded from 1.8.0_251 to 1.8.0_281.

JDK 1.8.0_281 installed with a separate download for Program Files\Java\JDK\jre\lib\security.
OPM debugger working only when 1.8.0_281 directory is replaced with JDK folder from 1.8.0_251.

Issue seen with JDK 1.8.0_261 and 1.8.0_271 as well.

When attempting to invoke OPM debugger, the following error message is received:

The Debugger is not available: Java 7 or later is required to run the embedded we server. Java 8 () was found. (OPA-E00476) Click here for more information
