Why Is IIS Reset Required After Field Labels Are Hidden/Unhidden (Doc ID 2767579.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Login to Argus > Argus Console > System Configuration > Field Properties > Hide/Unhide any field.

Logout and and Login back, changes are not reflected.

Perform IIS reset.

Login after IIS reset, the field changes are visible.

Is this a new requirement?

IIS reset was not required in the past when we changed fields
