Performance Issue While Loading AsnOut Into RMS Via RIB (Doc ID 2767609.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue while loading AsnOut into RMS via RIB .Facing performance issue when consuming the AsnOut messages into RMS. To add further, user have also tried implementing multi channel with 5 channel on from location field. Even the multi channel has not improved the performance to meet the SLA. Expectation : 16 AsnOut messages per minute are expected to be processed. But with multi channel set up, this is taking ~15 minutes to process 16 messages.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Generate the AsnOut messages.
  2. Publish the AsnOut messages to the RIB topic.
  3. Validate the RMS and rib hospital tables for the count to match with the published count.
