ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Usage Subscription - 360 Degree View Portal has the Service Point Field blank

Usage Subscription - 360 Degree View Portal has the Service Point Field blank even if the Usage Subscription is active and is linked to an active Service Point.
There are 2 ways through which user can access 360 degree view of a Usage Subscription -
  1) By Searching through the 360 degree search and then navigating to the Usage Subscription tab from the search results.
  2) By navigating to the 360 view from the context menu drop down of the Usage Subscription portal itself.

In both the above cases, even though other 360 degree portals (such as SP 360 degree view ) are showing the link between SP and US, 360 degree view portal of Usage Subscription is not. Please see the attached document for detailed screenshots of the problem.
