Symptoms

On : NA version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transaction Access to Payment_Refund not working

The responsibility AMSO_SPECIALIST was given access to the transaction Payment Refund. However, the user is getting the error message stating that the transaction is not allowed for responsibility. User is doing a manual transaction under the Customer Maintenance.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System/Application should not throw the error message since the user has permission to post the transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define the access responsibility in setup for user
2. Try to post payment refund transaction as example in the customer service maintenance screen.
3. System should not throw any error and post the transaction successfully.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post the transaction though he has the access to post it.
