On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment
Null pointer exception encountered during reconciliation process.
While running the Reconciliation monitor (C1-RCNM) an error is thrown from PayInstructionOpenFinancialTransactionComparator, called by algorithm PayInstructionReconcileEnterStatusAlgComp_Impl.
Based on tests and initial investigation, the issue occurs if the unpaid frozen FT that is found to match the pay instruction (based on Policy, Plan, Subscriber, coverage period.) belongs to a pending bill.
