System Error when Placing Turn On for Customers that Have Multiple Customer Contacts

Placing a Turn On order for this customer and receive this error. When we get this error we are supposed to delete the contacts, however, the contacts are grayed out.
This issue is occurring whenever we are trying to start a service for multiple Accounts linked to a single person and person has many Person contact Information linked with it.
Ex: Person Id#xxxxxxxxxx .This Person has 25+ person contacts linked with it.
