On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment
ORMB is Cancelling old bill segments and re-billing unnecessarily.
It has been observed that in case of retro event, whenever repricing happens and the billable charge amount remains te same, the old bill segments are getting cancelled.
