Symptoms

The classes tag and hold should not inherit from scada_tag

product_inheritance.dat currently has the classes tag and hold inheriting from scada_tag

This is not correct as tag is a base class for NMS tags and scada_tag is an abstract base class for tags that are owned by an external SCADA system.
hold can be an NMS tag and should not inherit from scada_tag either.

This inheritance could potentially cause NMS tags to be deleted by the MultiSpeak Adapter during a tag resync with SCADA.
