Symptoms

Visibility conditions not correctly evaluated for newly created entity instances

In the interview (web-determinations) with Booleans driving entity-level value list visibility, Booleans are not correctly evaluated, so the dropdown is empty when it should have values available in the entity collect control.
The Booleans are inferred from global into the entity.
The issue disappears if global attributes are used directly on the entity-level value list visibility,
or if global Booleans are collected on the same screen like the entity collect control.
The dropdown values also correctly appear, if new entity instances are created, then leave the screen and come back.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import sample project in OPM (attached in this KM)
2. Verify that dropdown is not populated when it should

3. If go back to previous screen, make no changes to selection and hit next screen it is populated
