Symptoms
Below error occurs when opening Attachment tab for the item from Web Client
Error
Fatal Error!
TreeGrid cannot be rendered
Item's Attachment tab opens in Java Client, and see there is attachment is in checkout status.
But when attempting to cancel checkout, it throws error {0}
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Web Client, and open the item with the problem attachment
- Go to Attachment tab. Gets Fatal error
- Log into Java Client, and open the with the problem attachment
- Go to Attachment tab. See the Attachment tab opens without any error
- See there is a row showing Checkout User. Double click on the File Number to open the associated File Folder
- File Folder opens. See the version is showing with [] and File Folder is checked out
- Select the attachment, and Cancel Checkout
- Gets error 0
