ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Loading the Agile Home Page - Workflow Routing tab is very slow

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to load the Agile Home page within seconds

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch a browser
2. Enter Web Client URL
