SAVE Button On Effective Pricing Screen

Symptoms
On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, Save button on Effective Pricing screen
When we navigate to Effective pricing of account and try to edit price item pricing, we get 4 buttons - Save, Submit, Edit Price Component and Cancel.
After clicking Save we navigate to same page as we navigate after clicking Submit.
If we need to change Pricing assignment type, will it still get saved if we click Submit or Edit Price Component? If so, the Save button is not required anymore.

EXPECTED
----------------
Save button option should not be present on price item pricing for override button of active status
STEPS
----------------
1) Go to Main menu -> Person Information -> Account
2) Select one account and go to its Effective Pricing
3) Keep pricing status as Active in search criteria and click on search button
4) Click on Override button and check if save button option is present on price item pricing
