Supplier Cannot Edit Non Material Price Field in RFQ Response (Doc ID 2768986.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Supplier cannot edit Non Material Price Field in the RFQ (Request for Quote) Response

Expected Behavior

Supplier can edit Non Material Price Field in the RFQ Response


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Java Client as admin user
2. Enable Sourcing project class > Price Details tab > Attributes: PriceDetails > Non-Material Price1 attribute
3. Enable Sourcing project class > Analysis tab > Attribute: Non Material Entry > nonMaterialModifier1 attribute
4. Enable Published Prices class > Price Lines tab > Attribute: Price Lines > Non-Material Price1 attribute
5. Enable Quote Histories class > Price Lines tab > Attribute: Price Lines > Non-Material Price1 attribute
6. Enable Document class > Prices tab > Attribute: Prices > Non-Material Price1 attribute
7. Enable Parts class > Prices tab > Attribute: Prices > Non-Material Price1 attribute
8. Enable Manufacturer Parts class > Prices tab > Attribute: Prices > nonMaterialPrice1 attribute
9. Log into Web Client, and create Sourcing Project, go to Items, and add an assembly part, and change status to Open
10. From the Items tab, select the item, and Quote > Create
11. Give Number, and Next
12. Set Due Date, and Next
13. On On Select Part Addition Rule, select: Add selected items and all sub-components, and Next
14. Finish
15. Created RFQ shows up. Go to Response tab, select the Item, and Add Supplier
16. Change RFQ status to Open
17. Log into Web Client as Supplier
18. Open RFQ, and export RFQ Response. See the Non Material Price Field cannot be filled in
