CM to DM Connection is Taking Time

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 18.104.22.168.0 version the customer is facing performance issue when running Multi-Thread Application (MTA) application.
By enabling CM_DEBUG and CMAP_DEBUG, they found that for some of PCM_OP_SEARCH, it is taking time in making connection to DM Oracle (DMO).
E.g. The search started at 10:45:39 and connection established at 10:45:44 (5 sec gap), this is happening at different places in different execution (sometime for TRANS_OPEN, sometime for different config objects)
