Symptoms
Multi Threaded Architecture (MTA) for Custom Account Creation is being developed to create 1:N order such as 1 parent account & N sub-ordinate accounts and being executed for 1:1, 1:100 and 1:5000 scenario. The execution of MTA is taking longer time and in the Database AWR report it is observed that it is taking longer time due to row lock contention.

Row lock contention on BALGRP_T is observed during Account creation process.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer account creation (MTA) should considerably take less time and row lock should be avoided.
