Purpose

Apple has required all applications to switch from UIWebView to WKWebView.  The WebView is essentially an embedded browser that the MWM iOS Mobile App uses to render the screens you see and MWM patches are being released to accommodate Apple's requirement.  The Oracle MWM fix is broader than typical mobile updates in that it requires server-side updates to be done in coordination.  The instructions included in the attached document outline the trouble spots and steps necessary to seamlessly apply the MWM mobile update.
