Unable To Delete Users From ECM UI (Doc ID 2769759.1)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login with sysadmn and search for user to be deleted in user - user group map
2. Unmap the user from the group and authorize it from sysauth
3. With sysadmn under user maintaince screen search for same user ID and try to delete the user

When a user with sysadmin role tries to delete a user from ECM UI , it says user is logged in or online. But the user has not logged in from days.
