Holding Product Rating For Specified Days

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is a requirement that monthly recurring products rating should be on hold for specific period of days. Number of days could be more than a billing cycle. Out of multiple services under a bill info of an account, one of the services of Monthly Recurring products should not be billed until the period ends. After the specified days all the charges should be shown in bill and invoice.
Is there any such feature in the product apart from the bill Suppression feature?
