PDC Import Failed After Upgraded PDC 11.1PS7 to 11.2PS1 (Doc ID 2769965.1)

Goal

As per the suggestion provided in <Note 2687323.1>, an user is upgrading Pricing Design Center (PDC) 11.1 Patch Set (PS) 7 to 11.2 PS 1 on Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 PS 23 and WebLogic 12c (12.2.1.3.0 with the patches: 26626168 and 27010571). 

After upgrade, while importing PDC, there are the same errors as below:
